Freedom from Dieting offers you both so that you can choose the program that is most conducive to your success. The options are below.
One-on-One CoachingLike an athlete who works one-on-one with a coach to obtain peak performance, you recognize that you need the clarity, focus and accountability that comes with developing a personal relationship with a coach – a coach that has honed the art and science of creating change in all six areas of health, and the effect that each will have on your relationship with food, your body and your self. The coach-client relationship is a unique and powerful one for producing results. When you make the decision to commit to being coached, you are committing to learning new strategies, moving past the obstacles, and staying accountable to your success. We begin with a 2-hour Foundation Session (live if you are within driving distance of Toronto, by phone otherwise), and follow with 40-minute phone sessions, one per week, four per month. When you clearly have the model, tools and practices under your belt, the possibility is to change to 20 or 30-minute sessions or to speak less frequently. Look to a minimum 3-month commitment. However depending on your starting point, our work together can vary from 3 to 12 months. The average is six. Not sure if one-on-one coaching is right for you? Freedom from Dieting Group Tele-CoachingThese sessions happen by phone (via a conference bridge line), from the convenience of your home or office. Once you register, you will be given a phone number that you call each week that will have all of us on the line together. Commitment to group classes is a way to have access to the coach but to also have the support and experience of other people who are working toward similar goals. Together we will also create smaller support groups and/or buddies outside of the scheduled calls. Each week will include practices (which can be fun) and inquiry to keep you moving forward toward your goals. You will also receive weekly written materials that will help you clarify and focus in on what you are learning. If you have never worked with Tzabia, you can attend the Freedom from Dieting 7-Week Series – The Foundation. If you have attended a workshop, The Foundation tele-series or have worked one-on-one with Tzabia, and would like some further support, the Collective Group Calls have been designed for you.
